Chicken and Dressing

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (8 oz) box chicken stuffing
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.75) can cream of mushroom soup
4 cups coked, chopped chicken

Directions:
Combine chicken broth and butter. Stir in stuffing and seasoning mix from stuffing. Combine sour cream and soup. Stir into stuffing. Add chicken. Place in freezer bag. 8servings.

To Serve: Thaw. Place in greased baking dish. Bake covered for 30 min @ 350. Uncover and bake 20 min longer.

Cowboy BBQ

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 15oz can backed beans
1 cup bbq sauce
2 tbs. brown sugar
1 can refridgerated biscuits
1 cup shredded chedda cheeser

Directions:
Brown ground beef. Stir in beans, BBQ sauce and brown sugar. (I also added salt and pepper to taste) *** don't add biscuits until baking*** Place in freezer bag, label and freeze.

To serve: Thaw. Pour into round greased baking dish. Bakeuncovered for 30 min @ 400. Cut refrigerated biscuits in half and
arrange upright , slightly overlapping around the edge of the baking dish. Return to oven and bake for another 15 min. Top with cheese and bake 5 min more.

Honey Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders
1/2 T garlic salt
1 T peanut oil
1 (20 oz) can pineapple rings
1/4 C honey
3 T lime juice
2 T soy sauce
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Brown in oil.
2. Drain pineapple. Add 1/4 of the pineapple juice to skillet.
3. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes until chicken is golden. Remove chicken. Add honey, lime juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and remainder of pineapple juice. Bring to boil.
4. Cook and stir until thick and clear, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
5. Place chicken, pineapple rings and sauce in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
6. To serve: Thaw and heat until sauce is hot and bubbly and chicken is heated through.
